Can someone could recommend some article (code and files included) related to alcoholic disease on any grounds?
Hi! Like in the title. Does anyone know newest research about alcoholic disease and its consequences? I want them to contain data, especially fastaq or similar. Appreciate any advice.

Not a bioinformatics topic. You may want to look at results of the PubMed search for alcoholic disease.
As said already, it's really just a matter of putting in the effort and searching on PubMed for studies that investigate your topic using NGS or other high throughput techniques.
I understand youre ingsight, but I meant studies on gene expression analysis between patient who area alcohol drinkers and those are not. It is hard to find somthing like this. Does anyone has some suggestions?
You said originally that you appreciated any advice, and we gave you some. Here is another: google alcoholism sequencing. Just on the first page of results there seem to be at least 2-3 interesting papers on the subject, so it doesn't seem that hard to find. Beyond this, it feels like you want someone else to do your legwork.
