cd-hit-est obscure parameter -b
Hi,
I was looking at the cd-hit-est documentation and I couldn't find a definition for the paramater -b other than it being "bandwidth of alignment", and having a value of 20. Looking through the documentation I couldn't find any insights of what it does.
Any ideas what this parameter does?
