Rob
I'm an associate professor of Computer Science at the University of Maryland. I work with some amazing students and lead a lab that designs computational methods for (among other things) indexing, querying, organizing and processing high-throughput genomics and transcriptomics data. We have a focus on methods for bulk and single-cell RNA-seq analysis.
