PRIDE (Proteome Identification database) non annotated proteins question
Hello. I've tried to integrate genome and proteomic data using PRIDE database but to do some followup analyses I need to know whether PRIDE db contains only annotated proteins or all protein found in MS experiments. I send an e-mail to database contact months ago and got no answers. Does anyone know something about it?
