I have limited familiarity with/understanding of GSEA (formalizing normalization pipeline, for KEGG pathways and GO terms) and GVSA and I have dabbled in simple visualization (i.e., volcano plots, dot plots, & heatmaps). However, I am hoping to understand whether I am missing any other fundamental possibilities or next steps in the realm of RNA-seq analysis.

Apologies for this question's vagueness, just trying to cover all of my bases.
