I am wondering if there is a way of producing a nice graphic (for publication), which would allow me to represent the biological processes/ pathways represented in a small panel of genes (42) for nanostring from their Uniprot IDs in a simple way? I have put these Genes through David and I'm not 100% sure what to do with the out put from there.
