treemix input issue

Hello!

I am trying to run treemix. But I have some problems with input. Is there any way to generate the input from PLINK file or VCF or EIGEN file.

I posted this to another question, it is one line in glactools:

glactools bplink2acf --fai reference.fai [PLINK prefix] |  glactools acf2treemix -  |gzip > treemix.gz
