Burden test and vcf input
Hello, I am in need to run ieCAT and SKAT tests on R. I am very newbie in these tools. From this manual https://rdrr.io/cran/iECAT/f/inst/doc/iECAT.pdf it is not clear, if I can run vcf files as input; and how can I modify them
Is there a way to run vcf files? Or my only option is to convert vcf files to PLINK binary format in order to run this burden test?
