I have several networks in Cytoscape, which I would like to share with some fellow group members. Are you familiar with any apps or tools that would allow me to put up online interactive versions of the network, so that I do not have to share the actual Cytoscape files?

Dear ACB,
Please see Sections 23 - 25 of the Cytoscape Manual for a range of options from quick and easy to build your own interactive web application.
Simplest would likely be to share your results with your team by saving your network in the NDEx Public Database (by using the Network to NDEx or Collection to NDEx options). After making an NDEx account and enabling the Sharable URLs so that your private network will be accessible by whomever you send the link to, roughly akin to a shared link in Google Docs.
