Single exon has two distinct PSI in TCGA SpliceSeq.
There are 3 variants: 1+2+3+4; 1+3+4; 1+2+4.
Two exon skipping events for exon 2 according to SpliceSeq. The first one is easily understood. The PSI should be 25/(25+0.6)=97.5% . Consistent with SpliceSeq output.
What about the second one? How to calculate its PSI? It report a 58.4% of PSI. I'm confused about its splicing graph.
