reference request: list of DNA methylation sites with consistent methylation levels across individuals in blood
I'm looking for a list of DNA methylation sites with consistent methylation levels (CpG 5mC) across individuals in blood, analogous to a list of house keeping genes in gene expression studies. That is, a list of CpG sites whose methylation levels vary very little across different samples and studies. These sites will be particularly useful for quality control.
I wish to do literature search, but do not know where to start. Could anybody give a reference for me to start?

I know of this paper which defines hyper-stable CpGs in blood (between and within subjects; women cohort) and shares the list of CpGs. Also take a look at papers cited by that one.
