Does anyone know about good WGBS datasets for hg19 cancer methylation of CpG sites by location? I've looked around on the Internet and didn't seem to come across any that are particularly comprehensive. A database where I can easily export CSV and tab-delimited files would be the best. Thanks.
Try HAIB Methyl RRBS track from the UCSC genome browser ("HAIB Methyl RRBS - DNA Methylation by Reduced Representation Bisulfite Seq").
Under table select cell type you prefer (e.g., ovarian cancer, melanoma)...
