localblast against tomato
I have a non-model fruit transcripts and had performed localblast against Arabidopsis CDS and peptide. Now I would like to perform localblast against tomato database.
May I know where can I download the tomato CDS and peptide database for me to do localblast?

Have a look at the ensembl plants database. But really, I'm sure a google search would have helped you a lot faster ?
