Finding Shared Patterns Between Patients with Commonality
This is a simple stats question, but I seem to be stuck for some reason.. I have a group of 6 responders who shared a low score for a variable of interest and I have other measured variables for them (like prior checkpoint blockade etc) and I want to figure out if there are some shared patterns (similar trends in the other measured variables) between these responder patients who share a low score for a variable of interest. Any guidance would be appreciated
