Your Profile

• Licence/Master/Engineer/PhD in Bioinformatics with 2 to 5 years experience as a bioinformatician in the field of genomics WES and WGS analysis. OR
• Licence/Master/Engineer/PhD in Biomedical sciences or Biology with 2 to 5 years experience as a bioinformatician in the field of genomics WES and WGS analysis and a mandatory experience in mathematical and statistical analyses of biological data (development of bioinformatics tools necessary for these approaches)

Qualifications and experience

• You have a deep knowledge and proficiency in the development of bioinformatics tools for NGS data analysis
• You have a solid background in genetics and statistics
• You are highly proficient in spoken and written French
• You are highly proficient in scientific English

Skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of scientific rigour
• Professional autonomy
• Team player
• Good writing skills (mostly in French)

What we offer

• One year contract
• Work site: CHU Sart-Tilman (Liege, Belgium)
• Working hours: Full time, 38h/week
• Monthly gross salary
  • If Masters: 3170.09 euros (scale 1.80)
  • If PhD: 3924.79 euros (scale 1.91)
