How does find relative pathway to transfer RNA?

Dear All, I study tRNA and I found some Transfer RNA-derived fragments (trf) that I need to investigate related pathways. Generally, for mRNA I used DAVID but for tRNA I don't know how can I find the significant pathway related to trf.

I appreciated it if anybody shares his/her comments with me.
