Importing data in Qiime2 (q2cli)

HI, I'm completely new to bioinformatics and command line interface and don't know the steps to Import data for analysis. I request you all to help me with some workflow for importing data or stepwise tutorial. I tried setup for ftp transfer but failed many time. I plead to help me with my query and help me with this issue.
