I am interested in creating a local install of WikiPathways on a Linux server. I successfully downloaded the data files from Wikipathways (gpml20151118.zip, wp20151118.zip and the 2 void files). I also installed Virtuoso on a clean server and am able to login to the conductor interface.

At this point I am stuck as to next steps. I have seen many pages with import examples but I am unclear on:

• how to create database for these data files
• how to import through conductor or on command line
• why files within zip are *.ttl when I downloaded RDF format

Any help (link to tutorial or something written in response) would be very much appreciated.
