Thanks for your time! My name is Rongxin and I am a Bioinformatic student from China.

A few days ago, I found out that the ICGC database (ICGC database link) is no longer accessible in China. My colleagues can't access it either. We are also unable to ping the ICGC website (https://dcc.icgc.org/).

I would like to know can anybody else access the ICGC database normally? We want to make sure whether it is only the internet issue of our network.

By the way, is there any alternative way to access the PCAWG data in the ICGC database? Thank you!
