How does the ENCODE project define "default data"?
Hello!
When I download data from the ENCODE project, I found that some files are marked as "default data" (e.g., https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR000EMT/ , in "File details"). However, I couldn't find a description of how to define the default data. Are the default data more suitable for users to use in practice?
