What does the suggestive line for the qqman manhattan plot stand for?
Hello I created a Manhattan plot using qqman on Rstudio . The package's defaults setting for the suggestive line is -log10(1e-05). does -log10(1e-05) equate to 0.05 , and why was this default chosen?
