I am new to environmental field and wondering if someone could please suggest me a workflow, R/python code or pipeline to perform neutral community model (NCM) analysis? I have several metagenomic samples from the mangrove sediment and I want to analyze that data.

I have seen several papers that have used this approach but their methods are not clear/detailed enough for me to perform the same. They just say we perform NCM and show the figure but I need the exact R code to run my own data.
