Custom Bioinformatics pipeline validation - general guidance
Hi,
I was looking how to validate custom pipelines and bioinformatics workflow (DNAseq, RNAseq, metagenomics, viral metagenomics data). I found several papers in Pubmed, specific and general, but I was wondering if there is any UK documentation about custom bioinformatics pipeline validation.
