Looking for Synteny blocks database in arthopods
Hello to all the Biostars community.
I am writing this post because I am looking for a database that makes available analyses of synteny already performed between two species of arthopods and available in .gff format for example.
In general, I find a lot of data on ensembl for example but rather access on vertebrate species, and nothing on insect species except for dropohila... While I am looking for synteny between species of Hymenoptera like ants or bees for example.
Does anyone have an idea of such a database?

Possibly https://hymenoptera.elsiklab.missouri.edu/orthologs could be a start....co-linear orthologs could be starting point to compute synteny blocks perhaps
