I'm looking for any online web tool or bioinformatic pipeline able to detect functional RNA motifs in the UTR of a given gene.

I tried to use Scan for Motifs but I would like to have more accurate results.

I'm working with an insect species so something based on a wider database rather than just Humans or mammals will be better I think.

Any suggestion, thanks?
