HDOCK output files

After performing a docking on HDOCK server it prints the output results in the web page in nice form, but when i download the files i can't get the table of Summary of the Top 10 Models (containing docking scores and RMSD values) There is a file with extension (.out) but it is complexed text, I can't interpret it. Is there a software to open it other than text editors in order to get a nice table like that in the results in the web page?

Have you tried to use a programmer's editor like NotePad++ on PC or BBEdit on Mac? If the output file is text you should be able to open it in one of these editors.

yeah it can be opened as text but it is too long with about 4000 rows while the models generated are only 100. i think it should be used with the pdb files together but i don't know how.

This is the output example provided by site.

Observe the last table on the web page and try generating it from the files when you download the output files locally
