Is there a method to calculate per SNP heritability of a trait using summary statistics

I have a list of SNPs in a region that are associated with my trait of interest and I would like to compute the heritability of each SNP (not the aggregate genome-wide heritability) using summary statistics.

Is there a method/software that does that for you?

I am aware of the variance-component models (like SOLAR ?) , but my associations were tested with Cox models, and I believe these models don't work with survival data? And it would be so nice to just use summary statistics for the estimation, rather than recomputing bunch of things.

Many thanks for the suggestions!
