How to draw this kind of figure?
Hello, I have some reads aligned to genome and I want to draw a figure showing how many reads mapped to existing annotated lncRNA/mRNA/intergenic regions, something like the figure bellow:
but a little different that I want the conjunctions to be two-way, like some circos plot but between two set of vertical segments. Any one have ideas? Thanks!
