PathFindR, Clustering enriched terms: What is the difference between a pathway that is a "Representative" and a "Member"
Hello!
I want to kindly get an explanation behind the classification of pathway enrichment analysis using PathfindR. Using the clustered_enrich_terms, each pathway is assigned a Status as either "Representative" or a "Member". What are the differences between the two?
