Hello Biostars,

I have a question about measuring specificity of pathway enrichment. I have two sets of genes from two conditions. There is some level of sharing between the gene sets. I did pathway analysis on each group individually and got a pvalue and OR and pathway list. What statistical analysis can I do next to be sure that the pathways are specific to one group over the other?
