Search SINEs with SNP Array
Hi everyone!
Does anyone search for SINES or LINES with a SNP Array? I have tried to do this with RepeatMasker but I'm not sure about this, I think it is necesary to tell the SNP position, but I don't know how to do this in RepeatMasker.. Anyone do something similar?
