Deconvolution/quantification of immune cell types in Macaca Mulatta
I was looking for a tool which would be able to quantify immune cell types in Macaca Mulatta, though I did not get any success. I found two tools which are able to deconvolute mouse samples (ImmuCC, ImmQuant).
The solution I currently use is the conversion of macaca genes to human though for some cell types it doesn't look well (NK cells/Tregs). Any other ideas how to solve this problem?
