Hello All, I have mouse bulk data and I want to deconvolute it using cibersortx...and for that I need a signature matrix. The cell types I want to focus on ar mainly the neuron and glial cell type such as astrocytes,oligodendrocyte and microglia, ependymal cells and Tcells...but I am unable to get a signature matrix to define these cells. Do anybody have a signature matrix defining these cell types? I am unable to get any publicly available dataset as well for these cell types. Kindly help.
