mixcr targetQualities

Hi,

I'm using mixcr to do tcr repertoire analysis and the output has a targetQualities column, but I'm not sure what format it is. It looks like a phred score, but I'm not sure and the documentation doesn't say. Anyone know what it is?

Hi, yes its a phred score for the target sequence (the region used for clonotype assembly).
