Meta data information about Bacteria. Attempting to get a list (csv file preferably) of the gram-status, morphology etc of all bacterial species.
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a meta data table of descriptive characteristics of all bacterial species. I have been able to find their lineage using the taxonomizr package in R, however, the data on whether they are gram-positive or negative or rod-shaped etc. is missing. I can't seem to locate this, anyone got something similar?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
