Hi all, Thank you for your help. I identified several significant SNPs with GWAS in wheat. Next, I want to get all the genes form the haploblock where the SNPs reside. Using Emsembl, I was able to see the gene names but I could not find a way to get all the genes in a list along with their annotations. Is that possible in Emsembl? Is there any other way to do it?
Your help is much appreciated.
The easiest way would be BioMart. There's a help video to get you started - it uses human as the example but the principle is the same.
Thanks a lot Emily. I will check it out.
