Can i estimate the hormone-receptor binding affinity ?
Hello everyone!
I don't know if anyone can help me but i want to know if i can estimate the hormone-receptor bindind affinity (Kd) using a software.
The hormone is Estrone and the receptor is Estrogen receptor alpha. I have the pdb file with the 3d structure of ER alpha.
