Hello,

I'm working with data that counts with gene dependency scores, which basically measures the gene effects and I have the desire to compare scores between two groups.

I created an initial Venn diagram and an upset plot, I was wondering if it would be interesting to also conduct the following analysis and have the following visualizations:

1. PCA Analysis to see which gene effects cluster together
2. Heatmap two see general distribution

Not sure what other types of plots or analysis might be interesting to do, just on a side note there are about 17000 genes and 50 cell lines respectively per group.
