Hello,

I need some information about protein-protein interaction.

Newly, I got some evidence that protein A and B directly interacts.

To confirm that, I want to make some point-mutation which can not be bound to each other.

So, I made some protein-protein binding prediction models using PyDockWEB and SwarmDock and built point-mutations based on these predictions.

But It could not work.....

So I want to get more interaction models from several programs.

Please recommend something! And are there any tips for me?
