Install usearch in Galaxy
How can I install usearch into a local Galaxy Server?
I am trying to install usearch for use with the usearch_cluster_otus tool.
Its part of an Galaxy Pipeline for comparison. Unfortunately, I am not very familiar with usearch nor with the installation without the Galaxy toolshed.
Please help.
