Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a tool that performs allele frequency calculations within the Galaxy Platform. I don't have much command line interface knowledge so I would avoid the Galaxy toolshed, just from the platform, do you know of any? I searched already in this forum for similar questions, and the Galaxy Help is not very clear nor it is updated.
