I am really confused about all the functions in point pattern analysis. Can anyone explain the difference between F-function, K-function, J-function und G-function.

I’ve read a lot of articles however I don’t understand when to use a certain function… They all describe the spatial distribution of points but which one can I use to compare the spatial distribution of 2 different markers?
