ABSOLUTE calls on CCLE cell-lines
Are there ABSOLUTE calls for the CCLE cell-lines with homolog-specific (or allele-specific) copy number estimates? If so, do LOH scores exist for these? I only see a file on the DEPMAP website that has a single copy number value for each gene after applying ABSOLUTE
