Gini Index Box plot
Hello, I want to make a box plot of Gini indices for each CD8 T cell clusters/CD4 T cell clusters showing significant clonal expansion within exhausted/activated/memory/etc T cells. All I can find on Gini index is this function here. I know this is not a lot to go on but does anyone have any idea how to get started? Thanks!
