AGeNT LocatIt
Hi, I'm using AGeNT LocatIt to mark duplicates of WES data.
I wonder if there is a process that cannot be used with locatit.
My pipeline runs in the order FastqToSam, BWA, MergeBamAlignment, SortSam, SetNmMdAndUqTags, and LocatIt.
I ask because one sample does not end in the locatit process and continues with no error messages.
