Expression analysis of data obtained from Broad GDAC Firehouse (https://gdac.broadinstitute.org/)
Hello everyone,
How to match clinical data patient barcode with illuminahiseq_rnase_qv2_RSEM_gene_normalized in broad firehouse gdac data because in clinical data patient barcode is given and in illuminahiseq_rnase_qv2_RSEM_gene_normalized data hybridization REF is given ; in clinical data where hybridization REF is mentioned also not matches with illuminahiseq_rnase_qv2_RSEM_gene_normalized data, I have to select patients barcode common in both types of data.
