GTEx controlled data download
I got access through dbGaP for the controlled data and followed the steps to download the files (ANVIL GEN3) and it's not giving me access to download it. there's a download data option on the actual dbGaP portal, but i don't really know if that's the actual BAM files or I need to follow the steps outlined here: https://anvilproject.org/learn/reference/gtex-v8-free-egress-instructions#step-3---install-pypfb
