Genexa (genexa.ch) is a Switzerland-based company that provides bioinformatics services to solve genomics challenges across multiple industries.
We are looking for an individual with a solid background in the analysis of 10x single cell gene expression data (human/mouse). Your experience will be needed for specific tasks within a larger project taking place in the coming months. The exact amount of work will be depending on the progress of the project.
Remuneration is on an hourly basis (competitive rate).
Please understand that we are currently only looking for employees who are based in Europe. The work will most likely be 100% remote.
Requirements:
- Solid background in the analysis of 10x single cell expression data (mouse/human). Ideally already completed several projects.
- Accurate work style and open communication. Critical mind.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
- A big plus is experience with the publication process of the mentioned type of data.
