Hi all,

To determine the multilocus sequence type, I got the seven allele number for K.pneumoniae isolate. But the combination of seven alleles cannot be assigned to a specific sequence type, which means the strain is novel. Does anyone know how to assign the sequence type for a novel strain? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
