Several months ago, I ran a BLASTKOALA search on a bacterial strain sequence assembled using Unicycler and annotated by prokka. The results included all of the modules. I attempted to repeat this, first with sequence from a different isolate, then with the same isolate as before, and I noticed that some of the information is missing, speicifcally the two-component regulatory proteins that were found. They show up in the pathway list, but are not there as they were before in the modules list. Did something change? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
